Project Overview
The homeowners had a small kitchen and dining room, and needed more space for their family.
The solution was to enclose the rear porch, remove internal walls, and create a larger kitchen and dining room. The design also incorporated a main floor powder room, and a large pantry closet.
Finishes include hardwood floors, economical but delightful IKEA cabinets, and quartz countertops.
The kitchen includes two sinks as well as a bar fridge/wine cooler.
